Booking an experience
Browse and book tours, transfers, restaurants and taxis during your stay.
Once your stay code is entered, you'll see everything your hotel offers through Masihambe — browse by category, or search by name.
Booking
Pick something, choose a time slot if it needs one (restaurants and taxis work a little differently — see below), and confirm your party size. Your name and room number are already filled in from your stay, so there's nothing to type there.
- Most bookings confirm right away.
- Some need the vendor to confirm first — you'll see it marked as requested until they do.
Restaurants and taxis
Restaurant bookings don't charge you through Masihambe — you pay the restaurant directly when you're there. For taxis, you'll give a pickup time and location instead of picking a time slot.
Changing your mind
You can cancel a booking yourself from My bookings, as long as it hasn't already happened.
