Once a booking is confirmed, open it to see your voucher — a QR code and a reference. That's your proof of booking.
Show it to the vendor when you arrive (the tour guide, the driver, the restaurant host) — they'll scan it or key in the reference to check you in. Each voucher works once, so hold onto it until you've actually used it.
