Respond to requests and track every booking in one place.
One page for everything
All of your bookings live on /vendor: requests waiting for your response, confirmed upcoming bookings, and everything that's finished (completed, cancelled, declined, no-show). Requests that need action float to the top. Search by reference, product, guest, or hotel, or narrow with the status chips.
Responding to requests
Bookings arrive as requested only for products set to on-request confirmation, and only once the guest has finished paying (a paid on-request booking waits on that first, so you never see a request whose payment hasn't gone through). Instant-confirmation products skip straight to confirmed. Requested rows carry their actions inline:
- Accept: for taxis, you'll also give an ETA. If the guest was charged, accepting is also what captures that payment: money is written the moment the capture succeeds, your net (exactly what your rate agreement says you're owed), the hotel's margin share and the platform fee all land as ledger entries. If the payment can't be captured (a temporary gateway issue), accepting fails and you can simply try again.
- Decline: give a reason if you have one. Any availability held for the booking is released back immediately, and any payment hold on the guest's card is released too.
A payment badge on a requested row tells you if there's anything unusual: Payment authorisation expired means the guest's payment hold ran out before you responded (holds last several days). You can no longer accept that request, only decline it.
Respond in time
You have 72 hours to answer a request once the guest's payment goes through. A reminder email arrives at 48 hours if you haven't responded yet. If a request is still unanswered when the 72 hours run out, it declines automatically and the guest's payment hold is released, the same as if you'd declined it yourself.
Cancellations
If a hotel or guest cancels a booking you'd already confirmed, its money is reversed automatically: new ledger entries that negate the originals, never an edit. You don't need to do anything.
