Masihambe puts your availability in front of hotel concierge desks (and, where you opt in, hotel guests directly) without another phone call or WhatsApp thread. Everything lives in the vendor portal at /vendor.

What you get

• A catalogue you control: products, negotiated rate plans, and availability.
• One bookings page: accept or decline requests inline, and see confirmed and finished bookings in the same list.
• Payouts on a schedule: the ledger records your agreed net rate, the hotel's margin share, and the platform fee the moment a booking is confirmed. The payout itself follows later, weekly, once the booking's service date and your dispute window have passed. See Ledger for the full payout timeline.
• Voucher redemption: scan or key in a guest's booking reference to confirm they showed up.

Getting paid: rack, net, and the agreement

Each rate plan's price is a contractual rate agreement with Masihambe, not a number you type in freely. Propose a rack rate (your public price, the ceiling on what a guest ever pays) and a net rate (what you're owed); Masihambe accepts or counters with different numbers, any number of rounds, until either side accepts. You can withdraw a proposal you sent before it's answered. Once accepted, the agreement's numbers are fixed and it's downloadable as a PDF from the product page. A rate plan isn't bookable, on any channel, until it has an accepted agreement.

You always receive exactly your net rate, whatever the guest ends up paying: Masihambe may sell at or below your rack rate, and the difference splits between the hotel and the platform, never touching what you're owed.

Sales channels

A product can be sold on any combination of:

• Concierge: booked by hotel concierge desks on behalf of a guest.
• Guest: booked directly by a hotel guest through their stay's booking app.

One agreed net rate applies across every channel a product is sold on.
