Masihambe gives your concierge desk one place to book tours, transfers, restaurants and taxis for guests, and gives the hotel a share of every booking it sends.

What you get

• A booking desk for your concierge team — search the catalogue, book on request or instantly, track status.
• Commission on every booking your hotel sends, paid to the house rather than to an individual concierge.
• Guest stay codes — a code your front desk hands out that unlocks a self-service booking app for that guest's room, no account needed.
• A small back office: a booking report, a commission summary, and a place to add concierges to your team.

Roles

Two roles work on the hotel side:

• Hotel admin — full access: booking report, commission summary, team management, guest stays. Signs in at /login and lands on /hotel.
• Concierge — the booking desk only, at /concierge. Also available in the mobile app.
